By accessing and using the AI chatbot services provided by FAQMy.Website (the “Company”), available at app.faqmy.website and faqmy.website (collectively, the “Sites”), you acknowledge your acceptance to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Services.

  1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The Company provides a platform for users to generate, customize, and deploy AI chatbots on their respective websites and blogs using script or i-frame tags (collectively, the “Services”).

  1. USER OBLIGATIONS

By utilizing our Services, you agree that you will not create, upload, or distribute content that: a. Is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing or racially or ethnically offensive; b. Facilitates illegal activity; c. Depicts sexually explicit images; d. Promotes unlawful violence; e. Is discriminatory based on race, gender, color, religious belief, sexual orientation, disability; or f. Is in breach of any contractual obligations or discloses any trade secrets or other confidential information.

  1. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICING

The Company reserves the right to modify the Services, including any features, specifications, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, release dates, general availability or other characteristics of any aspect of the Services, or to discontinue the Services, at any time without notice. In addition, the Company reserves the right to change the pricing for the Services, including changing the parameters or limitations of any free or paid plans, at any time without notice. The Company shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, discontinuation or pricing changes of the Services.

The Company is not liable for the actions of its users, including their manipulation and use of the AI chatbots. The users are solely accountable for any damages resulting from their use of the Services. The Company is not liable for any data uploaded by the users to the AI chatbots or servers.

  1. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

The Company does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free and does not accept any liability for any loss or damage caused by the unavailability or interruption of the Services.

  1. RIGHT OF REFUSAL

The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Access to the Services may be revoked for users found to be in violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is located, regardless of its conflict of law provisions.

  1. TERMINATION

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described above. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
